Novopro Fire Protection Ltd ("we", "us", "our") is a building contractor registered in England and Dorset (Company No. 17225932), based in Bournemouth, Dorset. We are the data controller responsible for any personal data you share with us. Our full registered office address is available on request and on our Companies House record.

When you enquire via our contact form, by phone or by email, we collect: your name, phone number, email address, project postcode and any details you give us about the work you want carried out. We do not collect payment card data through this website.

We use your data solely to respond to your enquiry, arrange a site survey, issue a written quote and, if you become a client, manage your project and aftercare. We do not sell, rent or share your data with third parties for marketing.

We process your data under "legitimate interests" (responding to enquiries you initiated) and, where you become a client, "performance of a contract".

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months from your last contact. Client project records are retained for 7 years to meet HMRC and statutory warranty obligations.

Your data is accessible only to James Cooper and authorised Novopro staff working on your enquiry or project. We use reputable processors for email, accounting and project management, all bound by UK GDPR-compliant data processing terms.
